Hand Cards

Schacht Hand Cards are made to last, come in a fine and a medium weight, and can be used to do basic processing. There are many ways that the cards can be used in processing, they can be used to brush all of the fibers in the same direction in preparation for felting or spinning or to blend different fibers or adding small accents, such as flash, to wool for a little extra pizzazz. The hand cards are used to achieve similar results to a drum carder, but are more affordable and more ideal for beginner and small scale fiber artists.

Niddy Noddy

These 2 yard niddy noddy's were hand crafted by local master wood worker Chris Matthews. The finish is a hand rubbed shellac finish (a natural finish) and should need no further care.
